ADM/NISTRATIVE USE PERMIT FOR ALTERATION OFAN EXISTING WIRELESS
COMMUNICATION FACILITY
Dear Property Owner,
The Burlingame Planning Division has received an application for an Administrative Use Permit to alter an existing
wireless communication facility at 1070 Broadway, Burlingame, CA.
Location: 1070 Broadway: The subject property is located on the north side of Broadway between California
Drive and Rollins Road and contains an existing five-story commercial building.
Applicant: T-Mobile
Zoning: RR (Rollins Road) APN: 026-131-200
Description:
The proposed application includes replacing three (3) existing panel antennas with three (3) new
panel antennas and associated equipment on the rooftop of the existing building. There is no
increase in the number of antennas with this application.
Your property is located within 300 feet of this property. An Administrative Use Permit has been requested to
allow for alteration of an existing wireless communication facility based on Municipal Code 25.77.050. Any noticed
property owner may call this item up for review. If you would like to request that this project be reviewed,
which includes a public hearing, you should submit a written request to the Community Development
Director within twenty-one (21) seven days of the date of the notice, or February 23, 2016.
If no written request for a public hearing regarding the application for Administrative Use Permit for the wireless
communication facility is received by the Community Development Department within finrenty-one (21) days of the
date of the notice, the Community Development Director shall take action on the application and may either grant
or deny the Administrative Use Permit and may impose conditions as applicable. If a written request for a public
hearing is received, within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the notice, the Community Development Director
shall schedule the application for a public hearing before the Planning Commission in accordance with Section
25.16.060.
