Location: 1070 Broadway: The subject property is located on the north side of Broadway befinreen California Drive and Rollins Road and contains an existing five-story commercial building. Applicant: Tony Kim of Town Consulting (for Sprint Wireless) Zoning: RR (Rollins Road District) APN: 026-131-200 Description: The proposed application includes replacing an existing tripod antenna mount containing three (3) panel antennas with a new mounting frame with three (3) new panel antennas, three (3) new ancillary radio remote units and three (3) filters on the rooftop of an existing commercial building. The three (3) existing panel antennas will be remounted to the new mounting frame. Your property is located within 300 feet of this property. An Administrative Use Permit has been requested to allow for alteration of an existing wireless telecommunication facility based on Municipal Code 25.77.050. Any noticed property owner may call this item up for review. If you would like to request that this project be reviewed, which includes a public hearing, you should submit a written request to the Community Development Director within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the notice, or July 23, 2014. If a written request for a public hearing is received, within finrenty-one (21) days of the date of the notice, the Community Development Director shall schedule the application for a public hearing before the Planning Commission in accordance with Section 25.16.060.
