At their meeting of September 21, 1992 the City Council reviewed your
application for a special use permit and parking variance for a live
theater at 247 California Drive, zoned C-1, Burlingame Avenue
Commercial Area, Sub Area B.
Following a public hearing Council denied your application. Under city
code you may not reapply for this project for a period of one year from
the effective date of this denial, e.g., September 22, 1993.
