This application was to allow an exception for size and height at 851 Burlway Road, zoned O-M. Under city code requirements you may not reapply for this same project for a period of one year from the effective date of this denial, e.g., November, 1995. The October 24, 1994 minutes of the Planning Commission state: "based on the testimony given the sign is oriented to the freeway and should be determined to be prohibited by the code".
