■ Based on Burlingame Municipal Code Section 22.16.050, two (2) freestanding pole signs shall be
permitted on each parcel frontage of at least three hundred (300) feet. The parcel frontage on this
parcel is 593.64 feet. Currently, there are two poles signs on the property located at 198 California
Drive. With this application, the existing pole sign between the building at 198 California Drive and
parking garage (north end of the parcel) will be removed and replaced with the proposed pole sign
described in the table above. The existing pole sign at the south end of the parcel will remain.
■ The proposed pole sign on the California Drive frontage complies with C-2 District sign code regulations
as noted in the table above.
