HB dFF� .,�'��,�:� �•r� �� RESOLUTION N0. 26-88 � RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, application has been made for variances for parkinQ and side vard setback to allow construction of a detached qaraae at 1524 Cypress Avenue (APN 028-294-100) , and � WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said application on June 13 , 1988, at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and �---- �"- --� testimony presented at said hearing; I hereby certify this to be a full, true and correct copy of the document it purports to be, the original of which is on file in my office.
