Since there was no appeal, a Minor Modification for a 209 SF addition at 455 Cumberland Drive, zoned R-1, was approved effective December 8, 2010. The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division and date stamped Novernber 8, 2010. All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for three years during which time a building permit must be issued.
