Your request for a Minor Modification for extension of an existing, non-conforming left side
setback for an addition was reviewed by property owners within 100 feet, the Planning
Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a Minor Modification for a 209
SF addition at 455 Cumberland Drive, zoned R-1, was approved effective December 8, 2010.
The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division and date
stamped Novernber 8, 2010.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for three years during which time a building permit
must be issued. One extension of up to two years may be considered by the Planning
Commission if application is made before the end of the third year.
