Currentli� the existing left side of the resiclence l��s a non-com{orming attachecl garage side
setback of 'J'-0" . This i the original built location of the garage which remains as is as o{ this date.
b. Fxplain why the variance request is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a
substantial property right and wl:at unreasonable property loss or unnecessary
hardship might result form the denial of ihe application.
We ask for the variance to further expand the new single story addition fluse to tke existing
non-conforming side setback of the garage to create space for a much needed I�athroom as well as
eloset space for tke roorns. If additional spaee was not usecl the beclrooms woulcl neecl to rec�ucecl
to smaller size thus creating a smaller space for enjoy ment.

The proposed addition and location would not be detrimetal to adjacent neighbors and people in
