A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ACCEPTING
IMPROVEMENTS - NEIGHBORHOOD STORM DRAIN PROJECT NO. 9 BY STOLOSKI &
GONZALEZ, INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 84780
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the Gity of Burlingame, Califomia, which finds and
orders as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works has certmed that the work done by Stoloski & Gonzalez, lnc.,
under the terms of its contract with the City dated June 19, 2017 , has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction of the Direclor of
Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City P@ect No. 84780.
3. Said work is accepted.

Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7n day of Mav, 2018,
and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
