The placement of our existin� home on this site will not allow an
addition of stora�e or workshop space in anv other place without
destroying the appearance of the home. This home fits our need very

well with the exce�tion of adeauate gtorage anc� worlr area_ TrP �eculiar

make it necessarV to request this variance for this addition.__In my

Our son is now 10 years old. He enjo,ys workshop, model makin� and so

concerned about fire hazards.

We do not wish to move, but the addition will allow us considerably
