Dear Mr. Schulze:
Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City
Council, the September 12, 1994 Planning Commission
approval of your two parking variances application became
effective September 19, 1994. This application was to
allow percent of compact stalls (C.S.25.70.030, K) and
substandard driveway aisles (C.S. 25.70.020, b3) for
intensification of use at 35 Ingold Road, zoned M-1.
The September 12, 1994 minutes of the Planning Commission
state your application was approved with the following
conditions:
1. that the proj ect shall be built as shown on the plans
submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped
July 22, 1994, sheets A1, A2 and A3;
2. that any other intensification of use at either 25
Ingold or 35 Ingold Road shall require a public
hearing and an amendment to the variances; and
3. that the project shall meet all Uniform Building and
Uniform fire code requirements as amended by the City.
All site improvements and construction work will require
separate application to the Building Department. This
approval is valid for one year during which time a building
permit must be issued. One extension of up to one year may
be considered by the Planning Commission if application is
made before the end of the first year.
