Subject: Hillside Area Consfruction Permit at 1842 Hunt Drive, Burlingame.
Dear Mr. Lai,
Your request for a Hillside Area Construction Permit was reviewed by property owners within
100 feet, the Planning Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a Hillside
Area Construction Permit to construct a single story addition at the rear, left side and infill a
portion of the interior atrium at 1842 Hunt Drive, zoned R-1, was approved.
The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division and date
stamped October 30, 2017. Any changes to these plans shall be subject to further Hillside Area
Construction Permit procedures.
All site improvements and construction work will require a separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be
issued. An extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
