Re: Hillside Area Construction Permit and Minor Modification — 1817 Hunt Drive
Dear Mr. Lau,
Your request for a Hillside Area Construction Permit and Minor Modification for side setback for
single story additions at the rear of the existing single story house at 1817 Hunt Drive, zoned R-1,
was reviewed by property owners within 100 feet, the Planning Commission and the City Council.
Since there was no appeal, the Hillside Area Construction Permit and Minor Modification for side
setback was approved effective June 29, 2016. The project must be built consistent with the plans
submitted to the Planning Division and date stamped May 27, 2016.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be
issued. An extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
