The existing driveway is made of concrete, and although the plans for the project were approved with pavers, the property owner would like to keep the existing driveway as-is. After reviewing the file, I determined that the property owner does not need Planning Commission review and approval to leave the driveway as concrete because the application was not for Design Review and because the Planning Commission never discussed the driveway material at either of their public hearings.
