RESOLUTION APPROVING PECIAL PERMITS
RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, application has been made for two special permits �
to allow construction of a detached aaraae Q
at 1417 Bernal Avenue �
, (APN 026-054-050 1, C�
and �
WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said ~
application on May 23 , 1988;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
Planning Commission that said special permits are approved, subject
_ to the conditions set forth in Exhibit °A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.

simultaneously.
