At the December 14, 2009 Pianning Commission meeting, the Commission reviewed requested
changes to a previously approved design review project at 1333 Bernal Avenue, zoned R-1.
The revision included changes to four windows on the front, rear and left sides of the house
from curve-top to flat-top windows.
The Planning Commission acknowledged receiving the request and noted that the revisions
were consistent with the design previously approved.
The approved revisions shall meet all the requirements of the California Building Code and
California Fire Code, 2007 edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame.
