City Building Inspector Watson
City Building Inspector Watson with representatives of the Methodist
Church presented plans for a proposed addition to the church building at
Howard Avenue and E1 Camino Real. Estimated cost $75,000. Approved.
Mr. Watson presented plans for proposed 6-unit apartment house to be
constructed on portion Lots 1, 2, 19 and 20, Block 22, Burlingables, Bayshore
Service Road, near Burlingame Avenue. Estimated cost $38,000. Owner - W. 0.
Nicolaides & Son. Approved with amended setback lines.
Mr. Watson presented plans for addition to present building occupied
by Burlingame Sash & Door Co. at 960 Carolan Avenue in the Broadway Industrial
Zone, building to be equipped with fire sprinkler system. Approved.
Mr. Watson presented plans for proposed apartment house with 8 units
to be constructed on Lot 11, Block 19, Easton #2 El Camino between Broadway
and Carmelita. Referred back to owner, Wm. Spivack, account setback lines.
Mr. Watson presented plans for proposed two metal -covered industrial
buildings to be constructed in the Broadway Industrial Area, 330' East of Old
Bayshore Highway for use of a sash and door factory. Owner - Moore & Masters.
Approved.
There was on the agenda a communication from Mrs. Elsie Anderson,
/4rindel Road, with reference to rezoning property in that area. No one ap-
p6ared to discuss the subject and the matter was tabled for future attention
if it is brought up again.
