Your request for a Minor Modification for an addition that increases on-site lot coverage to 41%
was reviewed by property owners within 100 feet, the Planning Commission and the City
Council.
Since there was no appeal, the Minor Modification for a 131 SF single stor_y addition at the rear,
right side of the house at 27 East Carol Avenue, zoned R-1, was approved effective April 9,
2012. The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division and
date stamped March 28, 2012.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must
be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the third year.
