Dear Mr. Coxall:
Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, we wish to advise the
October 22, 1984 Planning Commission approval of your Variance application became
effective November 6, 1984.
This application was to allow a variance to parking dimension requirements at
Northpark Apartments, 1080 Carolan Avenue. The October 22, 1984 minutes of the
Planning Commission state the permit was approved with the following conditions:
1. that the conditions of the Chief Building Inspector's memo of September 19, 1984
and the City Engineer's memo of GCtober 1, ?9�4 be met;
2. that the maintenance facility as built be placed under Building B and conform
to the alternate one wall position shown in the plans submitted to the Planning
Department and date stamped September 5, 1984 so that no more than four parking
stalls would be removed;
3. that tbe final plans shall meet all the requirements of the Uniform Building
and Uniform Fire Codes as am�nded by the City of Burlingame before any building
permit is issued; and
4. that the substandard stalls be marked "small cars only".
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the
Building Department.
