Re: Northpark Apartments
Dear Mr. Mann:
We are enclosing an application for a variance to permit
10 apartment buildin�s and a recreation center to be constructed
on tl�ie property bordered by Carolan Ave., Cadillac Way and Bay-
shore Blvd. We also request permission to submit a new map at
a later time separating a�0,000 sq. ft. resturant plot (adjacent
to the Union station) from the apartment site. It is our under-
standing that the Council will approve a quality restaurant at
this location if architectural and site plan control is retained
by the City Council.
Five sets of drawin�s are enclosed covering the apartment
project.
We believe tl�at tl��e proposed project will be an attractive
addi�ion to tne City and tl�iat it will be instrumental in im-
proving business in the Braodwa�T area.
