June 27, 1988 Flanning Commission apprc���ai ot your variance
applicatioiZ became effective July 6, 1988.
This application wa� a variance for lot cnver3g�� in order to
construct a. new garage at 1556 Carbi Avenue, Th� aTune 27, 1988
minutes of tl�e Planr�ang Coma�ission state your v�riar��e was granted
with the following conditions:.
1. that the project shall be built consistent with the plans
submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped May
31, 1988 and,.;�t�at, the additional lot coverage shall not
exceed 44 SF; ,,,
2. that the conditions of the City Enginper's memo of June 6,
1988, the �'ir� Marshaf's��June• 7, 1988 memo and the Chief
Building Inspectbr�s June 13, 1988 memo shall be met; and

All site improvem�nt� and c�rstrv.ction work will require separate
application ta the Buiidir�g Uepartment. This approval is valid for
one year during which. }ime a building permit must be issued. One
extens,ion of up ta onF year may be consi.dered by the Planning
Commission if applica-clorr is made before the end of the first year.
