Dear Mr. Barnard:
Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Counci1, we wi5h to advise
the April 12, 1982 Planning Commission approval of your special p�rmit application
became effective April 20, 1982.
This application was to allow constr�action of a two story garage a't 1541 Carol
Avenue. The ��pril 12, 1982 minutes of the Planning Commissi�n sta ie the permit
was approved �,�ith the following conditions:
1. that the total area of the garage be limited to 640 Sf Qf which
240 SF shall be storage;
2. that the total height of the building be �imited to 17 fe�t;
3. that the maximum height of the plate line be i0 feet;
4. that no windows be allowed, ventilation to be restricied tc� louvered
vents; and
5. that the conditions of the Chief Building Inspector's memo of
March 9, 1982 and the City Engineer's memo of March 3, 1982 be
met.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate app�ication yo
the Building Department.
