Under city code requirements you may not reapply for this same project for a period of one year from the effective date of this denial, May 23, 2014. The decision of the Council is a final administrative decision pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6. If you wish to challenge the decision in a court of competent jurisdiction, you must do so within 90 days of the date of the decision unless a shorter time is required pursuant to state or federal law. I have had several inquiries on the status of the permit, which originated as a code enforcement issue. I noted that no inspections have taken place for the permits since October, 2013.
