After review of the plans that were submitted on January 28, 2009, the Planning Department has noted that some additional information and clarification is required, and the plans are incomplete at this time. Please address the two comments (bolded items) on the Planning Divisions comment sheet, and submit two (2) full-size copies (24" x 36"), eight (8) half-size copies (12" x 18"), and one reduced copy (8.5" x 11") of the revised plans to the Planning Department by 12:00 pm tomorrow in order to be scheduled on the February 23, 2009 Planning Commission Design Review Study calendar.
