The changes to the building include: ■ Installing new metal frame entry doors to match existing storefront. ■ Install new metal panel siding above storefront windows and next to entry doors. ■ Install metal cladding below storefront windows to match existing storefront. Since there was no appeal, the Minor Design Review to allow for the changes listed above at 1232 Burlingame Avenue was approved effective February 14, 2020. The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division date stamped January 21, 2020. All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued.
