Your request for Minor Design Review for changes to the front fagade of an existing commercial
storefront at 1232 Burlingame Avenue, zoned BAC, was reviewed by property owners within
100 feet. The changes to the building include:
■ Installing new metal frame entry doors to match existing storefront.
■ Install new metal panel siding above storefront windows and next to entry doors.
■ Install metal cladding below storefront windows to match existing storefront.
Since there was no appeal, the Minor Design Review to allow for the changes listed above at
1232 Burlingame Avenue was approved effective February 14, 2020. The project must be
consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division date stamped January 21, 2020.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must
be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
