Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, the
March 9, 1992 Planning Commission approval of your special permit
application became effective March 17, 1992. This application was to
allow a financial institution on the second floor at 1229 Burlingame
Avenue, #14, zoned C-1 Sub Area A.
The March 9, 1992 minutes of the Planning Commission state your
application was approved with the following conditions:

that the proj ect shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to
'the Flanning Department and date stamped February 6, 1992 Floor
Plan (8-1/2" x 1101) ;
that Burlingame Mortgage shall operate from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Monday through Friday with two employees; and
that th� project shall meet Uniform Building and Uniform Fire
Codes as amended by the City of Burlingame.
Any site improvements or construction work will require separate
application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for one
year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension
of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
