Re: 1207-1209 Burlingame Avenue — Application for FYI
Dear Mr. Karp,
At the September 23, 2013 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission reviewed requested
changes to a previously approved commercial design review project at 1207-1209 Burlingame
Avenue, zoned BAC. The FYI application included clarifications concerning the tile on the
building fa�ade and the design of the entry door and sidelight at 1209 Burlingame Avenue, as
shown on sheet A2-1, date stamped September 17, 2013.
The Planning Commission acknowledged receiving the clarifications and changes and noted
that they were consistent with the design previously approved.
The approved design shall meet all the requirements of the California Building Code and
California Fire Code, 2010 edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame. Please note that a
separate building permit will be required for the alterations to the building fa�ade and
entry door.
