The FYI application included clarifications concerning the tile on the building fa�ade and the design of the entry door and sidelight at 1209 Burlingame Avenue, as shown on sheet A2-1, date stamped September 17, 2013. The Planning Commission acknowledged receiving the clarifications and changes and noted that they were consistent with the design previously approved. The approved design shall meet all the requirements of the California Building Code and California Fire Code, 2010 edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame.
