Your request for Minor Design Review for changes to the front fa�ade of an existing commercial
storefront at 1152 Burlingame Avenue, zoned BAC, was reviewed by property owners within
100 feet. The changes to the front of the building include:
Remove the rectangular and square trim panel pieces on the front fa�ade, above the door
and windows; and
Remove horizontal trim piece at the bottom of the front fa�ade, above the door and windows;
the top horizontal trim piece will remain.
Since there was no appeal, the Minor Design Review to allow for the changes listed above at
1152 Burlingame Avenue was approved effective May 29, 2018. The project must be consistent
with the plans submitted to the Planning Division on May 7, 2018.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must
be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
