Men's toilet facility: 1. The water closet for a side-entrance water closet compartment in a multi- accommodation toilet facility must have a clear space of 60" from the face of the water closet to the wall. 2. The 60" maneuvering clearance encroaches into the lavatory. This circle must be 60" in diameter and clear to a distance 27" above the floor. (One possible solution may be to move the lavatory closer to the door and reduce the length of the modesty panel adjacent to the urinal, if possible.) Women's toilet facility: 3. The 60" maneuvering clearance encroaches into the lavatory. This circle must be 60" in diameter and clear to a distance 27" above the floor. (One possible solution may be to eliminate the lavatory that is closest to the door.) 4. Fully dimension both bathrooms.
