At their meeting of March 18, 1996 the City Council held an appeal hearing on your application
to allow take-out foot at 1150 Burlingame Avenue, zoned C-1 subarea A, Burlingame Avenue
commercial Area.
Following a public hearing Council upheld the Planning Commission's denial of this request.
Under city code requirements you may not reapply for this same proj ect for a period of one year
from the effective date of this denial, e.g., March 18, 1997.
