The proposed changes to the building include: 1) Removing the existing corridor and solid door along the right side of the front elevation; 2) Expanding the existing patio area into the existing corridor area; and 3) Adding a glass entry/exit door and ramp from restaurant into the patio area along the right side of the front elevation where the corridor and solid door currently are. Your property is located within 100 feet of this property. The Minor Design Review process allows for minor changes to a fa�ade where the change in materials is equal to or higher quality to the material being replaced. This Minor Design Review application requests to allow for changes to the front fa�ade of an existing commercial building at 1123 Burlingame Avenue, based on Municipal Code Section 25.57.013, as described above. Any noticed property owner may call this item up for review by the Planning Commission.
