Burlin�ame. . 94010 ���.t.y owner, APN• 026-113-500; WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on November 23� 1998 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the docurnents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereUy found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a signi�cant effect on the environment, and Categorical Exemption, per CEQA Article 19, Section 15301, existing Facilities, Class 1(a), Interior or exterior alterations involving such things as interior partitions, plumbing, and eleccrical conveyances is hereby approved. 2. Said parking variance and conditional use permit are approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such parking variance and conditional use permit are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting. 3. It is further directed that a certitied copy of tliis resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. HAIRMAN I, Dave Luzuria�a , Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 23rd day of November , 199g , by the following vote: AYES: COMMISSIONERS: COFFEY, KEY, LUZURIAGA, BOJUES, KEIGHRAN, VISTICA AND DFAT• NOES: COMMISSIONERS: NONE ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: NONE F' EXHIBIT "A" Conditions of approval Categorical Exemption, Parking Variance and Conditional Use Permit 1350 Bayshore Highway, Suite 650 & 660 effective DECEMBER 7, 1998 1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped October 21,1998, Sheets A0. O 1, A 1.O l, A2 .O 1, A7. O 1 and A9.01; 2. that the computer training facility may not be open for business except during the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, with no more than twenty-four students and 3 instructors and employees on site at any one tune; 3. that at least one-half of all the students in each training session shall not arrive at class by automobile, if more than half the students for a session will arrive by individual automobiles the business operator shall provide a bus to take the students to and from the place where they are staying; 4. that the business operator shall implement a TSM program for his employees and shall provide financial incentives to his employees for participating in such a program; and 5. that any improvements for the use shall meet all California Building and Fire Codes, 1995 Edition as amended by the City of Burlingame. r� _s ` � �� ���� ��jO��J �� �� ���� F�� ��`�'°o�e�� G\� �p'��\�Ca Q
