RESOLUTION NO. 15 - 9 2
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT
RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame
that:
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit
to build and operate a graphic arts software demonstration laboratory
in the lower office level at_ 1350 Bayshore Highwav
(APN 026-113-500); 1propertv owner: Northwestern Mutual Life. 720 E.
Wisconsin Ave. N 15 NE. WI 53202 ); and
WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said
application on March 23. 1992 , at which time it reviewed and
considered the staff report and all other written materials and
testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
Planning Commission that said special permit is �p�rcved, subject to
the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.

EXHIBIT "A"
Conditions of approval, special
permit, 1350 Bayshore Highway
(effective April 7, 1992)
1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to
the Planning Department and date stamped February 6, 1992 Floor
Plan and Site Plan �8-1/2" x 11");
2. that the conditions of the City Engineer's February 29, 1992 me?!me
and the Fire Marshal's February 10, 1992 memo shal'1 be met;
3. that the demonstration laboratory shall operate Monday through
Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with two employees and about 10
visitors in the first year growing to 80 visitors in five years;
and

4. that the project shall meet Uniform Building and Uniform Fire
Codes as amended by the City of Burlingame.
