LAPN 026-342-090 � WHEREAS, this Commission held a , public hearing on said application on_ a,,,-; i l0 and considered the staff report and all�otherWwrittenmmaterialseand testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that said special permit is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
