RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit for
TRAINING AND ORIENTATION SESSIONS

WHEREAS, this Commission held a ,
public hearing on said

testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
Planning Commission that said special permit is approved, subject
to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.

Conditions of approval, special permit
for classes, 111 Anza Boulevard (effective
April 18, 1989)
Property owner:
SeaBreeze I Venture
c/o Raiser Property Management
800 South Claremont Street
San Mateo, CA 94402
1. that the business shall operate from a 2,647 SF office area,
using a 736 SF area for the training and orientation
sessions;
2. that there shall be a maximum of six orientation sessions (3 �
hours each} and twenty-four training sessions (6 hours each) `O
per year and there shall be a maximum of seven applicants in w
the orientation and training sessions; �

3. that this use permit shall expire in three years (April, 0
1992) unless renewed or amended prior to that date; and
4. that this business shall be reviewed in six months (October,
1989).and yearly thereafter.
