This application was to allow construction of Ansel Arms, a 9 unit condominium project at 616 Ansel Avenue. The July 14, 1980 minutes of the Planning Commission state the permit was approved with the following conditions: le that the final working drawings for this condominium project be generally consistent with the plans filed with this application; 2o that an amended basement plan be submitted for review and approval by the Planning and Public Works Departments; 3. that the conditions recommended by the June 18, 1980 memo from the Asste City Engineer be met; and 4e that the final landscaping and irrigation plans be approved by the Park Director prior to the issuance of a building permit. A11 site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Deoartment.
