RE: TENTATIVE AND FINAL PARCEL MAP - LOT COMBINATION
PORTION OF LOT 1& 2, BLOCK 7, MAP NO. 2,
BURLINGAME LAND COMPANY, 601 ANSEL ROAD, PM 96-4
This parcel map application is to combine 3 existing lots into one
lot. The engineering staff has reviewed this map and has the
following comments:
l. Map may not be recorded unless at least all but one of the
existing structures are removed prior to map filing.
2. A parcel map combining the three lots will need to be recorded
prior to the issuance of a Building Permit.
In the Study Meeting, the Commission asked how the address will be
decided once the lots are combined. The new address of this
apartment will be 601 Ansel Road since the front door and lobby is
facing Ansel Road.
This mapping action should be considered as a Tentative and Final
Parcel Map for the lot combination to speed processing. Staff will
see that the final map is properly prepared.
