CALIFORNIA 94010-3997 F�x (415) 342-8386 March 19, 1996 Mark Curtis 2 Anita Road Burlingame, CA 94010 Dear Mr. Curtis, Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, the March 11, 1996 Planning Commission approval of your front setback, exterior side setback and uncovered parldng variance applications became effective March 18, 1996. This application was to allow three variances for front setback, exterior side setback and uncovered parking at 2 Anita Road, zoned R-1. The March 11, 1996 minutes of the Planning Commission state your application was approved with the followinR ��nditions: l. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped February 2, 1996, Sheets 1,2,3 and 4 with the garage moved back toward the interior side so it is flush with the first floor of the existing structure and the interior side setback is maintained at 3'-5"; and 2. that the project shall meet all California State Building and Fire Codes, 1995 Edition as amended by the City of Burlingame. All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first year.
