This was a Special Meeting to study the problem of the set -back lines on the
apartment house property at Bellevue, Primrose Road, and Douglas Avenues. After dis-
cussion, a meeting was held with A. D. Duncan, over of the property, and he agreed to
certain set -back lines as marked on the work sheet in the presence of the members of
the Planning Commission and the City Engineer. On this basis it was regularly moved,
seconded, and unanimously voted that the Planning Commission approves the set -back
distances as marked on the work sheet and agreed to by Mr. Duncan, with the City
Engineer to prepare from the work sheet a plat on which will be delineated the agreed -to
set -back.
As this was a Special Meeting no other business was discussed.
