Following a public hearing Council adopted Ordinance No. 1410 rezoning certain parcels in this area and approved Resolutions No. 54-90 and 55-90 approving the negative declaration and the general plan amendment. Your property at 1011 Cadillac Way (APN 026-231-270) was rezoned from R-4 (multi-family residential) to C-1 (first commercial).
