At the City C�uncil meeting of January 3, 1990 Council upheld the
Planning Comm�ssion's recommendation of denial of your request to
rezone the property at 1011 Cadillac Way from R-4 (multiple family
residential) to M-1 (light industrial). Council directed staff to
investigate some alternative zoning for this parcel and other
parcels in the area.
The Planning Commission will study the alternative zonings and we
will notify you of their public hearings. Council has requested
that this matter be brought back before them no later than May,
1990.
