HomeMy WebLinkAbout1010 Cadillac Way - ResolutionsRESOLUTION N0. 47-88 RESOLVED Burlingame that: RESOLUTION APPROVING SIGN EXCEPTION by the Planning Commission of the City of WHEREAS, application has been made for a sigr� exception for the relocation of signage on the Broadway frontage at 1010 Cadillac Way , (APN 026-233-080 �� and WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said application on october 24 , 1988, at wh.ich time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that said sign exception is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
