At the May 27, 2014 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission reviewed proposed
changes to a previously approved design review project at 1521 Cabrillo Avenue, zoned R-1.
The proposed changes include reductions at the rear of the house to both the first and second
floors. These changes are shown on the proposed plans date stamped May 19, 2014.
The Planning Commission acknowledged receiving the changes and noted that they were
consistent with the design previously approved.
The approved design shall meet all the requirements of the California Building Code and
California Fire Code, 2013 edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame.
