Subject: Hillside Area Construction Permit at 2723 Burlingview Drive, Burlingame.
Dear Ms. Tse,
Your request for a Hillside Area Construction Permit was reviewed by property owners within
100 feet, the Planning Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a Hillside
Area Construction Permit for a first floor addition at the rear of the existing house at 2723
Burlingview Drive, zoned R-1, was approved.
The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division and date
stamped April 21, 2017. Any changes to these plans shall be subject to further Hillside Area
Construction Permit procedures.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must
be issued. An extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
