This application was to allow a second story addition at 1517 Burlingame Avenue, zoned R-1. The May 29, 2001 minutes of the Planning Commission state that your application was approved with the following conditions: that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department date stamped May 4, 2001, Sheets AO through A9, site plan, floor plans and building elevations; 2. that any changes to the size or envelope of the second floor, which would include adding or enlarging a dormer(s) or changing the roof height or pitch, shall be subject to design review; 3. that the conditions of the Chief Building Official� and City Engin�e�'s Febniary 12; �001 memos shalr be met; 4. that the eave line should drop down with the wall plane on the right elevation and elevations and roof plan shall be made to be consistent with the eaves and roof lines; and 5. that the project shall meet all the requirements of the California Building and Fire Codes, 1998 edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame. Reimbursement of your design review deposit has been processed and will be mailed to the property owner under separate cover. July 5, 2001 1517 Burlingame Avenue page-2- All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One eartension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first year. The decision of the Council is a final administrative decision pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6. If you wish to challenge the decision in a court of competent jurisdiction, you must do so within 90 days of the date of the decision unless a shorter time is required pursuant to state or federal law.
