The Planning Commission finds that the proposed zoning change will be consistent with the Qurlingame General Plan. 2. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council the reclassification of Lot 3,Block 2, Burlingame Park No. 2, a portion of Assessor's Parcel No. 028-283-010 from R-1, Single Family Dwelling District, to R-3, Multiple Fainily Dwelling District. 3. All the land proposed for reclassification is zoned first residential (R-1) district. The R-3 district permits apartrlent houses and multi-family dwellings and all uses permitted in R-1 and R-2 distra.cts, subject to the same restrictions, regulations, and limitatioiis that apply to those uses in their respective districts. 3. The first 150 feet southwesterly of E1 Camino Real and the southwesterly ha]_f of BlocY 22 containing the three lots in East Burlingame are preser.tly designat.ed medium high residential use in the General Plan adopted by Council Octobei 20, 1969. . � 4.
