Dear Property Owner,
The Burlingame Planning Division has received an application for an Administrative Use Permit to modify an
existing wireless telecommunication facility on the rooftop of a building at 1480 Burlingame Avenue, Burlingame,
CA.
Location: 1480 Burlingame Avenue: The subject property is located on the north side of Burlingame Avenue
between EI Camino Real and Primrose Road and contains an existing four-story commercial
building.
Applicant: AT&T Mobility
Zoning: BAC (Burlingame Avenue Commercial) S.B.E. 279-41-6
Description:
The proposed application includes replacing six (6) existing panel antennas with six (6) new panel
antennas and associated equipment on the rooftop of an existing commercial building and within
an existing equipment shelter.
Your property is located within 300 feet of this property. An Administrative Use Permit has been requested to
allow for modification of an existing wireless telecommunication facility based on Municipal Code 25.77.050. Any
noticed property owner may call this item up for review. If you would like to request that this project be
reviewed, which includes a public hearing, you should submit a written request to the Community
Development Director within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the notice, or December 22, 2016.
If no written request for a public hearing regarding the application for Administrative Use Permit for the wireless
communication facilities is received by the Community Development Department within twenty-one (21) days of
the date of the notice, the Community Development Director shall take action on the application and may either
grant or deny the Administrative Use Permit and may impose conditions as applicable. If a written request for a
public hearing is received, within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the notice, the Community Development
Director shall schedule the application for a public hearing before the Planning Commission in accordance with
Section 25.16.060.

Description:
The proposed application includes 1) replacing three (3) existing wall-mounted panel antennas on
the penthouse with three (3) new wall-mounted panel antennas, 2) adding three (3) new remote
radio units and three (3) new surge protectors and 3) spreading out the antennas along the
penthouse walls to prevent them from interFering with each other. The new wall-mounted panel
antennas and remote radio units will be painted to match the building. There is no increase in the
number of antennas with this application.

The Burlingame Planning Division has received an application for an Administrative Use Permit to alter an existing
wireless communication facility at 1480 Burlingame Avenue, Burlingame, CA.
Location: 1480 Burlingame Avenue: The subject property is located on the north side of Burlingame Avenue
between EI Camino Real and Primrose Road and contains an existing four-story commercial
building.

Description:
The proposed application includes 1) replacing three (3) existing wall-mounted panel antennas on
the penthouse with three (3) new wall-mounted panel antennas, 2) adding three (3) new remote
radio units and three (3) new surge protectors and 3) spreading out the antennas along the
penthouse walls to prevent them from interfering with each other. The new wall-mounted panel
antennas and remote radio units will be painted to match the building. There is no increase in the
number of antennas with this application.

allow for alteration of an existing wireless communication facility based on Municipal Code 25.77.050. Any noticed
property owner may call this item up for review. If you would like to request that this project be reviewed,
which includes a public hearing, you should submit a written request to the Community Development
Director within twenty-one (21) seven days of the date of the notice, or December 3, 2015.
If no written request for a public hearing regarding the application for Administrative Use Permit for the wireless
communication facility is received by the Community Development Department within twenty-one (21) days of the
date of the notice, the Community Development Director shall take action on the application and may either grant
or deny the Administrative Use Permit and may impose conditions as applicable. If a written request for a public
hearing is received, within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the notice, the Community Development Director
shall schedule the application for a public hearing before the Planning Commission in accordance with Section
25.16.060.
