This application was to allow the addition of a cellular telephone facility and antennas on the roof area of an existing building at 1480 Burlingame Avenue, zoned C-1, Subarea A, Burlingame Avenue Commercial Area. The July 27, 1998 minutes of the Planning Commission state your application was approved with the following conditions: 1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department date stamped July 6, 1998 Sheets CVR, A1, A2, and A3; 2. that the 219 SF cellular telephone facility with a maximum height of 11'- 10" as measured from the adjacent surface of the roof shall not be occupied and shall be painted to match the existing building; and 3. that the project shall meet all the requirements of the Califomia Building and Fire Codes, 1995 edition, as amended by the Ciry of Burlingame. All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and Categorical Exemption, per Article 19. Section: 15301 Class 1-(e) additions to existing structures provided the addition will not result in an increase of more than 50 % of the floor area of the structures before the addition is hereby approved. 2.
