The revisions included retaining the existing recessed entry, installing a black out film (with a repeating wine bottle opaque etched graphic) in the area 44 inches above the sidewalk and retaining clear glass for the display windows in the area above 44 inches above the sidewalk, and extending the awnings to the outer edges of the windows. The Planning Commission acknowledged receiving the request and noted that the revisions were consistent with the design previously approved. The approved revisions shall meet all the requirements of the California Building Code and California Fire Code, 2007 edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame.
