GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTES
1. Generol Controctor to proceed with caution during the progress of demoiition.
2. The Demolition Contractor shall verify oll existing conditions and shall nocify the
Owner's Representat�ee of any discreponc�es from these plans and ex�st�ng cond�t�ons.
3. The DemoG6on Controctor shall vislt the site and become familiar with all existing
conditions.
4. Owner of property has first rlght of salvoge. Demoliticn Contractor should meet wlth
Owner ond determine which Rems ond materials ore to be solvaged antl their disposition.
All other items and materiol not scheduled to be solvaged, including debris, shall become
property of the Controctor ond sha�l be disposed of outside the limits of the property in
o legal manner. Lo�otion of dump and length of hou shall be Controctor's
responsibility.
5. The Demolition Contractor will take into account ond a�knowledge in his bid the spfn;
and �ntent of these dowments. WRh the excep6on of those parGtions indicoted on the
plan, all other existing interior partitions, floor finishes, ceilings, and accompanying light
flztures ore to be removed. These documents do not address eoch and every condition
and �t wlll be the Contractor's responsiblGty to ensure that these cond�ticns are
