Your request for Minor Design Review for changes to the rear fa�ade of an existing commercial
building at 1461 and 1465 Burlingame Avenue, zoned BAC, was reviewed by property owners
within 100 feet. The changes to the building include:
■ Remove and replace four existing second floor windows at the rear elevation with four
new aluminum frame windows in the same size opening. Existing windows have exterior
security grids and the new windows will have no grids.
■ Remove one first floor door and replace two first floor doors at the rear elevation.
Since there was no appeal, the Minor Design Review to allow for the changes listed above at
1461 and 1465 Burlingame Avenue was approved effective July 30, 2020. The project must be
consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division date stamped July 21, 2020.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must
be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
